In most developed countries, the developer does not have the right to start building a house without conducting research. The engineering survey is one of the permitting documents for construction. These rules take their roots in the depths of millennia. They were also used by the Romans and Egyptians.
All types of work, including geodetic work in Moscow, are carried out in accordance with the standards. Even the slightest violation of them in the future can lead to the rapid decommissioning of the building, its damage, as well as damage to the environment.
Initially, surveys are carried out at the stage of searching for a land plot. After the start of work on the building project, they proceed to the main research. In the process of developing technical documentation for the house, they are supplemented and adjusted. An approximate list of works includes:
field (sampling by drilling and others);
laboratory (analysis of the obtained samples);
office (drawing up an act).
