Nowadays, this specialty occupies one of the leading places in the labor market, based on the criteria of demand and prevalence.
Activities
The main tasks of the staffing service are:
selection, placement, certification and rearrangement of employees;
training of employees, determination of their wages and implementation of social protection;
carrying out activities for the professional adaptation of new employees.
Course selection
Based on the duties performed by personnel officers, it is necessary to be careful when choosing an organization that offers courses for training in this specialty. Before concluding an agreement, you should find out if the educational institution meets the following criteria:
rather narrow specialization and work experience in the field of staffing;
availability of professionally qualified teaching practitioners;
building the learning process according to the principle "from simple to more complex", and does not include only the study of articles of the Labor Code and other regulatory legal acts;
full-time lesson in the amount of at least 70 hours;
obligatory presence of independent work;
using practical examples in all classes;
completion of training with control work with consideration of mistakes made by students.
